Red Rocks Mail Order Update – Wed. 4/14

Update 4/14/10:

We have been able to secure enough tickets to fill all orders that have come in up to this point. Tomorrow, Thursday 4/15, we will have a database of orders we are able to fill. E-mail us at wpredrocks@gmail.com to inquire about your order. We will be replying all day tomorrow from that address letting you know whether we were able to fill your order or not. Thank you again for you understanding and patience.

Orders that were able to be filled will be shipped FedEx 2-Day delivery on May 11th.

Regular Ticket Public On-sale is May 1st at 10am MDT.

Thank you for your patience for any inconvenience that has occurred with the Red Rocks mail order. We are doing everything in our power to fulfill all the orders that were post marked before the cancellation announcement on Saturday. So far, we have secured enough tickets for all the orders we received today. That means if someone at the office signed for your delivery today it will be filled. We should have the database ready soon and will be able to verify your orders by this Wednesday April 14th.

On a side note, the Food Drive was on its way to being epic. We received $1,711 for the Food Bank of the Rockies in just one day! That equals 6844 meals.
