Two nights at Phases of the Moon Fest

The inaugural Phases of the Moon Music & Arts Festival will take place September 11th-14th at the Kennekuk County Park in central Illinois. Widespread Panic will headlining on the 13th and 14th, and joining many more in the line-up!
