Tunes For Tots Charity Concert 2007
Tunes for Tots 2007 at The Roxy Theatre on December 29th !
The Tunes for Tots 2006 charity concert was a huge success! Together, we raised over $100,000 that directly purchased musical equipment for Trion Middle/High Schools in Trion, GA and Eagle’s Landing High School in McDonough, GA. As you may know, good instruments are very expensive and many more schools are under-funded and in need, so Widespread Panic will be holding the Tunes for Tots concert again!
Only 100 VIP cocktail party tickets will be sold at a cost of $500 per person. The Cocktail Party with Widespread Panic begins at 6pm and includes: Heavy hors d’oeuvres catered by Nava in Buckhead, an open premium bar, early admittance to the venue for the concert and an autographed 2007 Tunes for Tots poster.
For the concert only, General Admission tickets are available for $125, doors are at 8pm. Check out the details in Tourdates
Widespread Panic believes that art education, and in particular music education, is integral to the overall education and advancement of children. Art allows for personal expression, appreciation of ideas, celebration of cultural awareness, sharing emotions, and gives purpose to life. Widespread Panic agrees with research findings that art education supports more traditional academic subjects as well as being a worthy pursuit in its own right.
