Playing for a Cure Benefit 2006

The Fifth Annual Playing for a Cure concert/auction is gearing up and will be held on Saturday July 15, 2006. PFAC is committed to raising money for organizations which provide medical research, education, and support for people with Juvenile Diabetes. In the past four years, PFAC has raised over $125,000 given to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation with a percentage going also to Camp Kudzu to fund camperships for children with Type I Diabetes.

This year, Widespread Panic will be donating an autographed CD to the auction to help support the research finding a cure for Type I Diabetes and its complications.

Once again, the concert/auction is at 7pm on Saturday July 15, 2006 @ The Oconee County Civic Center in Watkinsville, GA and will feature a concert, live and silent auctions, and a softball tournament the following weekend. Come out and support a great cause!
